See the patient record in KDoctor: everything about your patient in one place. The dashboard opens with the summary: age, consultations and the latest vital signs. Patient Details keeps her identification and contact information. Each visit becomes a medical record with its status in plain sight, and inside it symptoms are structured, with severity, duration and even when a symptom is absent. Diagnoses are coded in ICD, alongside the physical exam and the Eight Principles. In the tabs, each kind of information has its own place: symptoms, syndromes and vital signs. And in the attachments, the report and the prescription, already signed.
