Teleconsultation: send to the agent
See how teleconsultation works together with your agent in KDoctor. During the call, you talk with the patient and she sends reports and test results through the Files tab. Whenever you want, one click on "Send to the agent" sends only what is new: the transcribed speech, the files and the chat messages. While you see the patient, the agent works: it records the progress note in the patient's own words and summarizes the test results, what is within the reference range and what deserves follow-up. The report gets a clear name, the results become tables and the medical record stays in draft for you to review and decide.

Telemedicine: from scheduling to teleconsultation
See a teleconsultation in KDoctor from start to finish. You book it through the calendar or by asking Jennifer, the agent team's secretary, and the teleconsultation goes into your schedule. At appointment time, the patient joins through the patient portal and waits in the waiting room; you click Start video call, check your camera and microphone and admit the patient. With transcription on, every line spoken appears in the panel as you talk. From schedule to video call, with real-time transcription, all in one place.

Your AI team is ready
See what awaits the doctor when logging into KDoctor: a team of AI agents ready for the consultation. Dr. Liu Feng, the Traditional Chinese Medicine agent, leads the history-taking and asks what matters. The doctor describes the case in their own words, and the medical record writes itself: the chief complaint, the Eight Principles diagnosis with the clinical reasoning, and each symptom go in the right place. Everything arrives as a draft, and it is the doctor who reviews, decides and signs.

Scheduling a teleconsultation
See how to book a teleconsultation in KDoctor in two ways. Through the calendar, you click a free time slot, choose the patient and select the Telemedicine visit type: the appointment is created with the button to start the video call already in place. Through the chat, you write to Jennifer, the agent team's secretary, in your own way: who, when and that it is by video. She checks whether the time slot is free in your schedule, summarizes the appointment and books it as soon as you confirm. The teleconsultation appears in the calendar on its own, and the video icon identifies teleconsultations in upcoming appointments.

The patient dashboard
See how vital signs, test results and the constitutional profile reach the patient's dashboard in KDoctor without typing number after number. In the visit chat, the doctor dictates the vital signs to the agent, which records all four in the medical record and shows the comparison with the previous consultation. Lab tests work the same way: the doctor attaches the PDF report, and the agent records each result with its lab code and returns a table with whatever is outside the reference range highlighted. On the patient's dashboard, the cards show today's values and each test gets its own trend chart. The Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution questionnaire, with 26 questions, is also there: on saving, KDoctor calculates the score for each constitution, and the dashboard gains the constitutional profile and radar chart.

Practice dashboard
See the practice dashboard in KDoctor: before the first appointment, you already know how your day looks. Today's appointments, how many are already confirmed, active patients and pending medical records are in plain view. Alongside, the day's schedule, in order, with the status of each appointment. Appointments per week show the practice's pace, together with attendance, cancellation and no-show rates. For those who practice Traditional Chinese Medicine, the dashboard shows the most frequent syndromes and symptoms of the last three months and the most prescribed formulas. Everything comes from what you record in KDoctor, with no separate spreadsheet.

The agent as an encyclopedia
See how the KDoctor agent also works as an encyclopedia, outside the consultation. For a study question, with no patient, Dr. Liu Feng (Traditional Chinese Medicine) organizes the answer: first the meridian clock, then the most frequent patterns, with the waking time, the signs, tongue and pulse. Each pattern comes with the classical reference formulas, with their Chinese names, and a table brings together the questions that best help differentiate between them. He points out what is worth ruling out first and tells you where the indications come from. You can also discuss alternatives: between two formulas, he compares pattern, nature, strategy and typical patient. To apply this to a real patient, he asks you to open the visit, because the study area has no access to clinical content.

The patient file
See the patient file in KDoctor: everything about the patient in one place. The dashboard opens with the summary, with age, consultations and the latest vital signs. The patient details hold identification and contact information. Each consultation becomes a medical record with its status in plain view and, inside it, symptoms are structured, with severity, duration and even a record of when a symptom is absent. Diagnoses are coded, alongside current medications and allergies. In the tabs, each type of information has its place: symptoms, syndromes and vital signs. And, in the attachments, the report and prescription, already signed.

Digital signature and decision trail
See how the doctor signs in KDoctor. The approved report arrives in the chat with Dr. Liu Feng (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and, upon choosing to sign, KDoctor asks for the password again before recording the signature. The prescription is signed separately, with its own signature, and, with the signing window open, there is no need to type the password again. Finally, the doctor completes and signs the medical record, which leaves draft status and carries the name of the signer, with date and time. In the attachments, the report and prescription appear signed, one by one, and the medical record is marked as signed in the patient's file.

Clinical report, prescription and follow-up
See how KDoctor wraps up the consultation: the doctor approves the formula and dose in their own words, Dr. Liu Feng asks about pregnancy and allergies and only then saves the prescription. At the end, he consolidates everything into a report and a prescription, which arrive as drafts for review: the report includes the chief complaint, the history, the dosage and the follow-up plan; the prescription has the formula, the dosage and the dosing schedule. The doctor reviews and approves, the signature is left for whenever they decide, and the follow-up visit in four weeks is already planned in the medical record.

Consultation with the agent: the medical record that writes itself
See a consultation in KDoctor where the medical record writes itself during the conversation. The doctor opens the chat with Dr. Liu Feng, the Traditional Chinese Medicine agent, and says who they are going to see; the agent finds the patient, checks the schedule and opens the visit, with the medical record already in draft. He leads the history-taking, the doctor reports the case in their own words in a single message, and the chief complaint, clinical reasoning, blood pressure, heart rate and each symptom go into the right place in the file, without a single field typed by hand. Everything stays in draft for the doctor to review, complete and sign.

Patient registration via chat
See how to register a patient in KDoctor via chat: the doctor or the secretary writes the name, date of birth, CPF, mobile number and email in a single message to Jennifer Adams, the secretary of the AI agent team. She checks whether the patient already has a file, records each piece of data in the right field and confirms what was entered; the file appears in the patient list without any form being filled in. If someone requests the same registration again, she recognizes the CPF and does not create a duplicate file.
