The patient portal

See the KDoctor patient portal from the patient's side. When she signs in, Emily sees her next appointment, with the date, time and practitioner, and the button to join the call. In her agenda, she sees the week's appointments and opens the details of each one. When you send a questionnaire, it shows up on her home screen, and Emily answers it right in the portal, before the visit. She also sends her lab reports straight from the home screen, and the file is kept in My files, with the date it was sent. On your side, the report goes into the patient's record: each result becomes an entry in the lab exam and shows up on the dashboard chart, alongside the earlier ones.
