The agent as an encyclopedia

See how the KDoctor agent also works as an encyclopedia, outside the visit. With a study question and no patient open, Dr. Liu Feng, the Traditional Chinese Medicine agent, organizes the answer: first the meridian clock, then the usual patterns, with how the patient wakes, the signs, tongue and pulse. Each pattern comes with its classical reference formulas, with their Chinese names, and he quotes the classic texts. A table brings together the questions that best help tell the patterns apart, and he reminds you what to screen for first, like depression, sleep apnea or alcohol rebound. You can also discuss alternatives: between two formulas, he compares the pattern, the nature, tongue and pulse, and the typical patient. To apply it to a real patient, he asks for the name and opens the consultation, where the case is recorded.
